	Brisbane Brochures delivers and maintains brochures for Tourism and Tourist Activities within South East Queensland.  They wanted a Web designed to publish and maintain Website information much like a directory or tourist directory of tourist activities and tours, transport, car hire facilities within South East Queensland.  This is a growing directory site with links to products and customers in car hire, hotels, day tours, tourist attractions, restaurants, Islands and anything tourists like to do on holidays!
	Go Rent a car is a small start up car rental company based on the Sunshine Coast. The client wanted Web designed to allow customers through the Internet as an advertising mechanism and contact point.  As such search engine optimisation SEO SEO results, was very important. We have had great success with search engines even though Car Hire is a very competitive area.  We do not use unethical practises that Google does not like and yet achieve substantial traffic for GoRentaCar.  They now rent a car permanently to customers from this site with over 200 new customer enquiries per month. This income producing advertising is very cost effective.
	The RFShop was a makeover of an existing site that was completely static.  As all of our sites are dynamic (meaning they are linked to a database and can be extended easily like a Desktop Application), the customer wanted two things with the Web site design: The first was the ability to update the site directly through a user interface (our content management system) to reduce running costs over time and the second was the ability to sell products on line.  Although we have set up credit card payment facilities through Paypal the owner wanted the ability to decide whether to accept payment by other means.  Hence we provided a facility to order and quote for items. Customers now pick the products they want by using the shopping cart which generates an order to the owner (with a reminder email).  The owner then logs into the Site and updates or modifies the order before dispatching goods.  This system is very comprehensive with invoices, orders and automatic generation of such with email reminders all included. A second method is available to authorised clients which allow them to order and pay on line directly.  This is all possible with the Portal being able to provide restricted access to pages within the Website provided. This Website system is now running the complete shop front, from quotes, orders, invoices and accounting.  It is being used to generate and track invoices and will soon be modified to provide interaction with mainstream accounting packages like MYOB and QuickBooks.  One of the most important benefits to the owner is that both the customer and the owner may log into the Website and view the status of their orders / payments concurrently and settle quickly any misunderstandings.  This happens internationally with orders sent world wide. The owner estimates savings of time tracking payments, orders and quotes in the order of 20-40% of the shop working time.
	Light Link TV supplies satellite and decoder products to provide free to air Christian Television throughout Australia. This Web Design is a start up Business with search engine traffic (SEO and Search Engine Optimisation) and new referrals an important advertising method for their Business.
